Technical Skills • 3-4 years’ experience in any Design consultancy or Architecture/interiors Company • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline. • The candidate will be expected to provide and review work samples that speak for your experience and impact. • Experience in Retail Fit-Out and Corporate Interior designing is an added advantage. • Solid experience in Designing software like 3D Max, V-ray, Corona, CAD • Able to manage and priorities tasks and time efficiently • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills • Should be a team player in an international workplace

Technical Skills • 2-3 years’ experience in any Design consultancy or Architecture/interiors Company • Education required - D Civil or higher • The candidate will be expected to provide and review work samples that speak for your experience and impact. • Experience in Retail Fit-Out and Corporate Interior designing is an added advantage. • Able to make detailing for all joinery works including cutting files (Production drawing) • Solid experience in Designing software like 3D Max, CAD • Able to manage and priorities tasks and time efficiently • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Should be a team player in an international workplace • Ready to travel overseas if required

Technical Skills • Smart Pricing of BOQs (UAE experience) • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory • Ability to use appropriate software and technology eg MS Office and AutoCAD • Pricing of Furniture and Joinery works • Strong experience to meet MEP and Civil defense requirements • Responding to all the queries and clarification instructed by the Head of Construction • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Assess tender documents to ensure enough information is available to prepare tender • Meeting the deadlines • Submit tenders and follow up
